People don’t want to be sold.

2. Guide with Clarity
Your landing page should feel like a conversation — not a pitch deck.
It should answer:
- Who is this for?
- What will I get?
- What happens next?
Add a testimonial.
Use normal language.
Ditch the jargon.
Keep the path frictionless.
Think: “Could my mom understand this page?”
3. Follow Up Without Being Weird
Here’s the secret: follow-up emails don’t need to be hard sales.
They can be:
- A story about a client win
- A design tip related to your service
- A reminder of what’s possible with a great system
When your emails feel like help, you stay top of mind — without being that guy.
